Campus Rec Expo:

  • Thursday, April 24: 2:00pm-6:00pm
  • Friday, April 25: 10:00am-2:30pm

Exhibitor move-in:

  • Wednesday, April 23

    • Large booths & activities: 8:00am-11:00am
    • All booths: 11:00am-5:00pm
  • Thursday, April 24: 8:00am-noon

  • All booths must be set by noon

Exhibitor move-out:

  • Friday, April 25: 2:30pm-10:00pm

NIRSA 2025 Pricing

*NIRSA Associate members receive a 10% discount!

  • Early bird deadline: October 3, 2024

  • Early bird booth rate: $24/square foot

  • Corner booth fee: $225/corner (ineligible for discounts)

  • Booths 400 square feet and larger receive an additional 5% discount.

  • Space is sold in 10×10 increments.

  • Inquire about nonprofit booth pricing by contacting Kelley Hungerford.
