NIRSA will be using the PheedLoop Go app again this year. Registered attendees received a personalized email with information on how to access and log into the app on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. One you download the app, select the 2025 NIRSA Conference & Campus Rec Expo event.
How do I view sessions in the app?
Navigate to the schedule and view all the sessions offered each day at conference. Use the filter button at the bottom of the screen to apply filters in sessions being offered – tracks, formats, audiences, locations, speakers. You can add sessions to your calendar.
How do I submit session feedback in the app?
Select the session in the app and at the bottom right corner of the screen select, Feedback. From there, answer all the questions about the session and click Submit. Earn easy gamification points just by submitting session feedbacks!
How to access Gamification Scavenger Hunt
Navigate to the main menu bar at the upper left corner of the screen and select Gamification on the menu bar. View the leadership board showcasing those with the most points, view challenges of all the points offered, view prizes, and read the instructions section for further assistance.
How to enter a code to redeem points in Gamification
Under the Gamification channel, select the QR code button, enter the code and select claim. If you entered the code correctly, you will see points were added to your account.

Where to pick up your Gamification prize?
You will be able to pick up your prize item at registration during registration hours. Please note registration closes Saturday at 11:00am and all prizes listed to be redeemed onsite must be redeemed prior to registration closing. Prizes are indicated in their description if they are shipped to winners.
Yes, one of the many great things to look forward to at this year’s conference is all the features and activities offered within the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center—you’ll never have to leave the convention center! The Gaylord Palms Resort has several restaurants for attendees to visit during their time at the conference.
There are so many things to look forward to at this year’s 75th anniversary celebration! This includes the expo, the All Conference Social, the student and director tracks, the golf tournament, numerous networking opportunities, countless student development opportunities, and so much more!
NIRSA is excited to announce that we’re going to have scavenger hunt gamification once again at the NIRSA Conference! Attendees will have the opportunity to earn points throughout the conference by entering hidden codes into the PheedLoop app to redeem prizes. Yes, We’ve created a CE Credit roadmap to help you maximize the amount of CE’s you can receive at this years conference. Take a look at an overview of which sessions will offer CE credits in Orlando. For any questions related to CE credits, please contact [email protected].
NIRSA is offering core and specialty CE credits that will apply towards the Certified Student Affairs Educator program offered by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification. Learn more about the certification on the NIRSA website.

Yes! Water refill stations are located throughout the Gaylord Palms—they will allow for easy access to refill water bottles and limit the use of plastic water bottles.
