Campus Rec Expo:

  • April 8, 2026: 2:00pm-5:00pm

  • April 9, 2026: 9:00am-2:00pm

Exhibitor move-in:

  • April 7, 2026:

    • Large booths only: 8:00am-11:00am
    • All booths: 11:00am-5:00pm

  • April 8, 2026: 8:00am-noon

Exhibitor move-out:

  • April 9, 2026: 2:00pm-10:00pm

Expo Pricing

*NIRSA Associate Members receive a 10% discount

  • Early bird booth rate: $24/square foot
  • Early bird deadline: October 2

  • Corner booth fee: $225 per corner (not discount-eligible)

  • Booths 400 sq ft+ receive 5% additional discount

  • Booths sold in 10×10 increments

  • Inquire about nonprofit pricing
